Defence UKARA – The law requirements concerning Airsoft Toy RIF’s.

You MUST be over the age of 18 and a resident in the UK.

Airsoft Competitions will contact all winners within 2 working days with 4 AVAILABLE OPTIONS before delivery:

1. VALID DEFENCE – If the winner “DOES HAVE” a Defence UKARA, we will cross reference the winners details and if correct, Airsoft Competitions will arrange release of the prize.

2. WAITING ON DEFENCE – If the winner is ” WAITING” on a Defence UKARA, the winner will have the option for Airsoft Competitions to hold the prize for up to 60 days before Airsoft Competitions has no choice but to release the prize in two tone colours.

3. NO DEFENCE – If the winner does “NOT HAVE” a Defence UKARA, Airsoft Competitions has no choice but to release the prize in two tone colours.

4. OTHER ISSUES – If the winner does have any “ISSUES”, Airsoft Competitions will hold on to the prize for up to 60 days to see if we can help solve the issue, if not, Airsoft Competitions has no choice but to release the prize in two tone colours.

5. LAW – Any winners that have lied or tried to deceive us with age and/or Defence UKARA will have their prizes forfeited by LAW and with all decisions final.

All winners are announced as part of a live draws on our Facebook page here. Stay tuned on our Facebook for announcement times and dates of these live draws. Draw dates are also stated on all competition pages. We use Google’s random number generator to determine a winner. We will demonstrate how this is used prior to picking the winner. We also prove the draw is live by reading and responding to comments.

We have been a fully registered limited company in the UK since March 2019 and since then have grown a list of previous winners. We run prize draws which are fully complaint with the Gambling act of 2005. We have 5 star reviews on Facebook, Google, and Trustpilot. These are built up from both winners and customers that play regular competitions. We do all of the draws live on Facebook for everyone to watch.

Here are 3 ways to find your ticket number for a draw. 1. As soon as you enter on the confirmation page you will see ticket numbers. 2. On your confirmation email for the competitions you will see your ticket numbers. 3. Log into your account, go to ‘My account’ – My Orders – click on each order and you will see ticket numbers there.

If a competition does not sell out this means you simply have a better chance of winning. We will not extend the date to sell more entries and we will still honour the full prize that we advertise regardless of how many tickets are left unsold. If you receive a draw number that is higher than the amount of tickets we sold do not panic, we still use the same numbers in the draw and if the winning number was not sold we will generate another number until we get a winner.

Your order will show as cancelled if you did not complete the payment, or if your payment failed. Orders are automatically cancelled after 10 minutes if we do not receive a successful payment.
